Breaking the Cycle
The objective of the PEP Breaking the Cycle project is to help the Prison Entrepreneurship Program sustain their nearly 100% employment rate through adding formal job search tools to the participant’s experience in the program. The program builds confidence, teamwork, communication and leadership skills along with their business education. This project is meant to take the classroom education and build interviewing confidence in each participant with tips on how to address past mistakes and plans for future success.
